Our Mission:
To bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition.

What We Do

The Douglas County Charter Chapter of the ABWA was chartered in 1986 as part of the National organization. The National organization was formed as a non-profit organization in 1949 and now represents over 70,000 members throughout the
United States and Puerto Rico.

The local chapter was chartered as a non-profit league to provide an avenue for the women of the Douglas County area to network to gain information, training, and education through an organization of supportive women. This organization gives members the opportunity to become aquainted with enterpreneuer and businesswomen in the Douglas County area.

Prospective members and guests are always welcomed.
Our program meeting is the fourth Tuesday of each month at Sam & Roscoe's Restaurant in Douglasville, GA. Networking starts at 6:30 PM,
